Vintage Story

For almost 5 years now, I've been playing a game called "Vintage Story" non-stop

It's a 3D voxel open world survival game, similar in looks to Minecraft, but that's where the similarities end. Crafting resources and making items have a more realistic approach, such as knapping stone tools, smithing metal tools, and creating pottery.

Expert from their website:

Vintage Story is an uncompromising wilderness survival sandbox game inspired by eldritch horror themes. Find yourself in a ruined world reclaimed by nature and permeated by unnerving temporal disturbances. Relive the advent of human civilization, or take your own path.

It's basic survival setting makes Minecraft's Hardmode look like Creative Unlike "That Other Block Game", it's an actual survival game.

It's designed with mods in mind, and with a Mod Database, joining modded servers are as easy as a single click. And with an online wiki, as well as a detailed ingame handbook, there's a lot of help to get started with.

Anyways, I've been active on their forum as of this year, and have been enjoying the community I've also been convincing friends to play it with me as well; and if YOU have a copy of this game, let me know and maybe we can run a world together

I love Vintage Story!
While I haven't really had time to play it since i got myself a copy, I'm closely following the development, and really like what they've built so far.

There's an avali mod out? There's been a kobold and a fox out for years, as well as an MLP one at some point, but I didn't know they had an avali one . ..

the nice thing about it too is that is has almost the exact colors i need to make my avali colors

i've decided to make a new world now, and it's going to be entirely out of place because i'm making an avali themed futuristic base, but it'll be fun to try. the hardest parts is going to be finding references for the right building style since most avali things are tents (and i'm not about to try chiseling that much fabric)
