Favourite or unique (sub)species you(‘d) like to see in media?

Hello!

I am currently busy with a large scale furry worldbuilding project I am tentatively calling ‘StarShell’, a somewhat steam/dieselpunk themed alt-history ripoff of all the stuff that happened around 1880-1950 whatever, perhaps to be a base for further works like stories, games, or just some art.

Of course, this world needs to be populated.

While I’ve got a list of species and variations, ranging from the trite and tried ones like foxes, wolves, deer and bear, to personal favourites like arctic foxes, orcas, American kestrels and crested geckos, I feel like there’s more to offer in this great big beautiful world of ours and I’d like to hear which ones you have encountered that would make you think ‘wow, you don’t see those anthropomorphized every day!’

Goats!!!! We need more goats in media!
Not surprising coming from me I'm sure but just caprines in general would be amazing.
Besides that I would ask for cows, chickens/roosters, horses, possums, ferrets and mustelids of all kinds...
If I think of anymore I will happily come back to this thread to continue giving recommendations!
