Never the Dragon

To celebrate his 15th birthday, and a (late) forum birthday, I should put the main boy up. The guy in the favicon on the title bar of this forum. The

Created at the end of the school year in 2009, I don't remember his actual creation date, other than "Sometime in June". I made it be the 24th, as MY birthday is also on the 24th (of March). Plus 24 is a lucky number to me
2009 was quite a long time ago. I myself wasn't even an adult yet. Hell, it wouldn't be until 2016 that I even got my first job. I didn't even know what a furry was until I got my first personal internet device in 2013. So a lot has changed in the past many years. Even Never himself has changed. The first ever commission I got of him was in February 2016, and he was BALD! You can see it here. He really was bald. And boy has he changed.
Over the years I have worked on his design. His horns chip off and get lighter in color under the layers. He has such a jagged tooth line. His spade-tipped tail is VERY dark purple. He went from 7'6" to 10'4" to 12"0' to his current height of 13 1/2" tall (+11 inches for his horns). He has a Quad height that's still being determined; Standing height on all fours, measured from feet to head, might be around 35 feet plus horns. Still a work in progress however. Anyways, he's forever changing and evolving into things as I learn cool new features for him. 15 years of history is a lot of time.
For the record, by the way, while the character concept is 15 years, he's my age. He's over a quarter century in age, so Never isn't actually a minor. His existence is just 15 years.
