Dragons are well known for their variety of skills! From amazing strength to flight to fire breath to magic to high intelligence, dragons seem to have it all!

But just one dragon can’t be proficient in everything. Eventually, there comes a time where you have to pick a skill.

If you were a dragon and you had to pick one of these powers what would it be?

1. Strength
2. Flight
3. Breath weapon
4. Magic
5. Smarts
6. Other..? (Tell me what you pick!)


Right now I’m really feeling flight!

Some dragons can breathe underwater (namely sea serpents, knuckers, and most Asian dragons), and I think that's the power I'd like the most!

hmm..I want to say flight but i feel like realistically i would just be lazy and not fly anywhere dasfsd maybe my dragon power can just be going to sleep in a cave for a 100 years haha..I can experience True Rest

I think out of all of these, flight. We would go for magic since that's very nonspecific but it would also take the most time to learn and figure out how to control by far

magic, cause then i can probably attain all the other powers

Magic

So many many years ago, my Dragon was a Magic Healer. He had the ability to heal someone by touching their body in any way, and searching for the problem from there. Healing was slow to work, but everything needed drawbacks. He did however have to ability to do the same thing, but with harming. It was also slow, but he could magically fuck your system up in the same way he can heal it. To explain the weird mechanics a bit, and an example, he could grab your hand and trigger a heart attack, or just by holding your arm, he could locate and heal a broken rib.

im not surprised by the magic answers because technically it could be anything but i love seeing everyone else's responses too! im glad people are thinking about drawbacks to the magic too ahaha. i thought about mentioning that in the original post but i didnt want to lock anyone in too much

I would absolutely go with flight, I'm a very simple bird. magic is tempting, I would be unstoppable if I could MEGAFLARE at every minor annoyance but....flight....

It's bahamut finalfantasy's (a recurring dragon summon) iconic attack, usually depicted as some sort of beam attack.
I sometimes call it "Boyfriend Blast"
