WELCOME WELCOME to a forum thread I intend to update frequently with my Many Original Characters and creations.... Careful, don't hit your head on the ceiling, you know how it is with dens.

Just their references, maybe I'll make a forum thread of my doodles one day! Just to relive my oekaki days.....

BOULDER! THE BARBARIAN!


Boulder has had a nice life. He was hatched to loving parents in a nomadic and tight-knit community of several scaled individuals, from kobolds, to lizardfolk, to dragonborn, to the ever-rare Half-Dragon, and maybe more! All together, driving cattle throughout the whole continent, protected by a bone-collecting silver dragon aptly named Skully.
However, Boulder has always struggled with anger issues and has seen themself hurt the ones they love many times. If not physically, then emotionally. And so, Boulder decided to set out on a journey with some monks (friends of his family) to learn to control his emotions better.

And it has worked! After many years and many dangers faced, Boulder has changed his name from Rockhead, choosing to be an image of protection yet power, an immovable boulder shielding small critters from the elements. The dragonborn has returned to their family and was received warmly, and now tends to the cattle like they did as a teen.

Thank you!! I wanted to give him a good "ending" (a middle, I suppose!) since he has been through soooo many mishaps during all dnd adventure I've put him through lets just say my luck with dice rolls is.... pretty bad

It's been a while, but I've made a new guy so I make a new post!!

Any Guilty Gear Fans in the forum, because I have, right here... A Gear!

This is Adams Twelve, known sometimes as Dustloop! Uses it/its pronouns... Each head, and the body, is its own conscience, but they excel in teamwork and always get along. The heads (Slash, in the front, Punch and Kick on the sides, and HS on top) take turns piloting the body (Block). Block doesn't really want to pilot, ever, but... It'll step in if the heads are knocked out cold.

What's its deal, then? Well, Adams is a very intense and dedicated videogame otaku... In a world where technology has been banned since the 80s (in most places)! The thing is, Adams can see into other dimensions, and managed to see into a dimension where videogames were everything. Videogames beyond your wildest dreams!

So, Adams is now on a quest to bring videogames to its world. Even if it has to tear the very fabric of existence apart, no matter how many get hurt, no matter how many have to be sacrificed... Anything for Skyrim HD anniversary edition!

This Gear is self-assured and self-righteous, not to mention tetchy, one-track-minded and a bit overly passionate... Luckily, it's also an easily distracted goofball.



Gameplay mechanics wise, each of the heads is based on different videogame genres. I'm still not sure which is which, but one is based on rhythm/dance games, one on fps/action-adventure games, one on puzzle/visual novel games and one on turn based rpgs.

Each of them has a different playstyle... For example, rhythm game head plays more like Rise from P4a (and the one michael jackson from Mugen), turn based rpg head has sooo many distractions its silly (like my favourite, neco arc). Fps... probably projectiles xD

(Block, the body, represents fighting games and is your humble, plain, hearty shoto)



I don't have much for Adams yet, but I do have a few specials.

For Rhythm Head's special, at half-bar Adams does a short dance to which the opponent follows along with some random attack animations. Again, Michael Jackson from Mugen. A short (3...5 seconds?) funky chiptune remix of the opponent's theme plays.
At full bar, Adams spawns a DDR machine and competes against the opponent... Playing DDR for 6 seconds. To the chiptune remix of the opponent's theme! Whoever scores the least gets dealt massive damage.

As for RPG's special (called TEN ROLL!) , it pulls out a phone opened to a gacha game app with chibi GG characters. It grabs the opponent, asks "Fancy yourself a gambler?" And then forces the opponent to press a button on the game that does a 10-roll on the gacha.
As for the damage this deals... It's a gacha! If you get a Common, it's 0.5%, if you get an SSR, it's an instant kill... And with others in between.

Well.... That's about all I have! I'm still learning about The Whole of Guilty Gear. A friend of mine is into it these days and I've been sorta trailing along~

I'm open to ideas, suggestions, and fashion suggestions!! This gear needs some clothes!

Absolutely love the Guilty Gear ideas and how high concept the character is! I've got a whole sheet list of ideas for my oc's as fighting game characters so I totally see the passion and how well thought out this is. I hope to see more soon!

Thinking up Fighting Game Characters for your ocs is such a fun time! My favourite part has to be thinking up specials, interactions and voice lines.
(For balancing... Eh, it's all imagination, let's no worry about that xÞ)
